FIE’s commitment to the environment is a driving force behind many of the student events and activities you’ll find during your time in London. Check out your residence hall for simple tips on what you can do to reduce your carbon footprint and live sustainably.
We offer welcoming and supportive living and learning spaces to all members of the community. All FIE buildings and residences are Safe Spaces and our FIGS (FIE Interest Groups) include LGBTQ, First Generation, Communities of Color and more. D&I resources for events, groups, and local organizations are available on our website.
Our designated charities include the Marol Academy, a school for girls and boys in South Sudan, and Love Orphanage, a safe space providing resources for children in Haiti. Contributions from events like the Second Hand Textbook sale and donation drive at the end of your program, bake sales, Ohyo water bottle sales in the Student Life office, and raffles during orientation go to supporting these organizations.
